DOCEO VELO is owned and operated by Michelle Paiement, a coach who, for 15 years, has helped cyclists of all levels achieve their goals–from preparing for cycling trips and charity rides to winning Provincial titles.
Michelle is a former Elite racer, a two-time Masters National Road Race Champion. Her passion for the sport is reflected in her desire to share knowledge of technique, physiology, nutrition and current training regimes.

Located inside Olympia Performance, a 7,000 sq. ft. high-performance training facility, we can offer full-range cycling training, both on and off the bike, for customers of all ages and abilities.
Our fully-connected, light and airy cycling studio can accommodate up to 6 riders at a time, where we can accurately test, assess, and train all aspects of on-bike fitness.
